Time:      2:00 pm

to transact the following business:

1. To confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.
2. To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Society.
3.      To receive and approve the Annual Accounts of the Society for the financial year ended 31^st May 2023.
4. To consider any other business for which notice in writing has been given to the Honorary Secretary before 20^th August 2023.
